• Lead the design and delivery of production-grade Java services using Spring Boot and AWS Fargate;
• Serve as the technical authority for Angular frontend development, including component architecture, RxJS, and routing strategies;
• Architect and oversee AWS CDK stacks for Fargate tasks, ALB routing, Lambda functions, and CloudFront distributions;
• Provide strategic guidance on serverless workflows, including Lambda and Lambda@Edge logic for authentication, CDN-layer functionality, and other edge use cases;
• Oversee GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, review merge requests, and ensure deployment best practices;
• Use AI tools like Claude Code to streamline specification, implementation, and iteration processes;
• Ensure the development and maintenance of AI context packs aligned with evolving codebases and domain-specific knowledge;
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and team discussions to align with project goals and delivery timelines;
• Mentor developers on technical implementation, AI tool adoption, and full-stack development best practices;
• Advocate for quality assurance through code reviews, testing practices, and adherence to architectural standards.

• 5+ Years of full-stack engineering experience focused on backend Java services and cloud-native architecture;
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience;
• Senior-level production experience with Java and Spring Boot, including scalable containerized services in AWS;
• Proficiency in Angular, RxJS, routing mechanisms, and SPA deployments via S3 and CloudFront;
• Advanced knowledge of AWS Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, and infrastructure as code with AWS CDK;
• Experience managing and improving GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automating workflows, and promoting deployments across environments;
• Experience writing and deploying serverless solutions with Lambda and Lambda@Edge for edge logic and CDN functionality;
• Flexibility to use IntelliJ IDEA for Java and VS Code for Angular and AWS infrastructure development;
• Ability to mentor and guide development teams in effective use of AI tools like Claude Code;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher;
• Nice to have: domain-specific context management for AI-assisted workflows, production-ready software delivery using Claude Code or similar AI tools, familiarity with Kiro, user experience workflow design for web applications, embedded engineering best practices in collaborative teams.
