• Analyze, develop, and maintain Java applications using best practices and scalable, high-availability, microservices-based architectures;
• Optimize application performance, including concurrency and SQL queries;
• Conduct code reviews to ensure software quality;
• Ensure the security and compliance of developed solutions;
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and testing teams;
• Analyze and resolve complex problems through advanced debugging and log analysis;
• Participate in technical decision-making regarding technologies, architecture, frameworks, and tools.

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field;
• At least 5 years of experience in Java development;
• Advanced knowledge of Java 8+, software architecture, design patterns, SQL/NoSQL databases, and frameworks such as Spring;
• Experience with Web Services, including XML/REST; EMS/JMS is preferred;
• Experience with asynchronous messaging technologies such as Apache Pulsar;
• Knowledge of application security practices, including OAuth2, JWT, OpenID, and JWS;
• Knowledge of eCommerce and digital payment solutions;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously on complex technical challenges;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
