• Develop and maintain Java-based applications;
• Drive continuous integration and improvements;
• Coach the pod in Scrum practices, facilitate effective ceremonies, remove impediments, and support continuous improvement and predictable delivery;
• Work with the pod to deliver a robust, sustainable solution that meets business requirements and considers user experience;
• Ensure alignment with organizational guidelines, principles, standards, and processes;
• Advise Business Analysts, Testers, and Management on technical matters.

• 4+ Years of experience developing Java applications;
• Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles, with evidence of applying them pragmatically;
• Experience identifying, escalating, and removing delivery impediments and dependencies;
• Experience facilitating distributed, multicultural teams and coordinating dependencies across multiple teams or locations;
• Skills in SQL databases, ideally Oracle;
• Familiarity with Linux-based server environments, including bash scripting;
• Well-developed written and verbal business communication skills and experience working as part of a global team;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Spring framework, experience with MongoDB, familiarity with MS Azure Cloud platforms, Databricks, Denodo, Git, GitLab Pipelines, Nexus, Ansible, and RPM packaging.
