To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. To obtain DV clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 10 years, along with other very detailed criteria and requirements. Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process

Experience with Java;
Experience with the Spring framework or equivalent;
Knowledge of software design patterns and when to apply them;
Excellent knowledge of development processes;
Experience with containerisation using Docker or Kubernetes;
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery;
Passion for delivering quality code using TDD and setting high software quality standards;
Nice to have: designing microservice-based architectures using domain-driven design, CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns, Kubernetes, Spring framework knowledge or certification, experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
