задачи
Analyze business and system requirements and design robust backend solutions aligned with performance, security, scalability, resilience, and observability needs;
Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring;
Develop reusable and maintainable code in line with Zensar and client engineering standards;
Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and AI agents to accelerate development, improve code quality, and optimize workflows;
Build and enhance business logic and platform capabilities within the product landscape;
Implement secure and scalable RESTful APIs using industry best practices, including JWT and API security;
Work on complex algorithmic calculations and data processing for financial systems;
Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to team knowledge sharing;
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams in an agile environment;
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support containerized Kubernetes deployments;
Participate in demos and stakeholder presentations showcasing new features and capabilities;
Ensure application observability through logging, monitoring, and tracing.
требования
7+ Years of backend development experience using Java;
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field;
Strong expertise in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud;
Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems;
Strong expertise in event-driven systems, including Kafka;
Experience designing and developing REST APIs;
Experience with API security, JWT, and authentication and authorization mechanisms;
Experience with SQL and performance tuning;
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices;
Good understanding of observability tools for logging, monitoring, and tracing;
Strong knowledge of software design patterns, engineering best practices, and coding standards;
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI integration in the SDLC;
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across global teams;
Proactive, ownership-driven approach;
Ability to work in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments;
Nice to have: experience in financial services or capital markets, exposure to Azure/AWS/GCP, understanding of high-availability and resilience patterns.
