• Design, build, and improve product features from the ground up or enhance existing ones;
• Tackle complex challenges and refine solutions as a team;
• Ensure high technical quality through code reviews, testing, and task estimation;
• Follow fast, iterative development practices and engineering best practices;
• Use AI tools daily to automate tasks and improve productivity;
• Continuously learn and support teammates’ growth.

• Experience as a Backend Engineer;
• Nice to have: Java 21, Spring, REST APIs, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, unit and integration testing, Java web stack, AI tools such as Cursor and Zencoder.
