- Build and scale high-performance backend services and distributed systems;
- Take ownership of features from design through production;
- Work with event-driven architectures, Kafka, and microservices;
- Develop within a Kubernetes and cloud-based environment;
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams;
- Use modern AI development tools as part of the engineering workflow.
требования
- Strong backend engineering experience;
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures;
- Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture;
- Experience with Kubernetes and microservices;
- Experience with Ruby, Elixir, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages;
- Strong product mindset and end-to-end ownership;
- Nice to have: experience using AI coding tools or agents.
