Fresha operates a global marketplace platform for the beauty and wellness industry. Its all-in-one platform provides bookings, point-of-sale, marketing, and related tools for businesses while connecting consumers with local services.
задачи
Collaborate with Product, Design, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Mobile engineers to take features from discovery to rollout and beyond;
Own features from discovery to observability, including technical design, implementation, testing, and rollout;
Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable Ruby/Elixir code;
Work with Ruby, Elixir, GraphQL, TypeScript, gRPC, and Kafka;
Operate within a Kubernetes-driven environment during the migration to microservices;
Apply Domain-Driven Design to build products from inception to delivery.
требования
Deep experience building and interacting with AI agents and integrating them into engineering workflows;
Ability to ensure AI-generated code meets architecture, security, and Senior Engineer quality standards;
Experience building and maintaining globally distributed systems;
Knowledge of event-driven architectures and Kafka;
5+ Years of experience in product engineering, developer tools, or infrastructure at scale;
Pragmatic generalist who learns new frameworks and tackles complex challenges;
Nice to have: familiarity with Elixir, Ruby, or TypeScript.

Internship;
Employees work in the office four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on Wednesdays;
Travel for one week each quarter to team events in London, Warsaw, or Prishtina;
Direct influence on the product and architecture in a rapidly growing global business;
