• Design and develop internal company-wide web applications and services;
• Participate in creating solution architecture, selecting approaches, decomposing services, and defining their interactions;
• Build and maintain services running in AWS and Kubernetes-based environments;
• Develop tools and platforms for localization workflows and integrate them with third-party systems;
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and observability;
• Collaborate with other teams to evolve shared infrastructure and internal platforms;
• Take ownership of systems in production, including support and continuous improvement.

• 3–5 Years of backend web development experience using Kotlin or Java;
• Experience with Node.js;
• Solid understanding of modern backend frameworks such as Ktor and Spring;
• Experience designing and building production-grade systems;
• Understanding of distributed-system fundamentals, including networking, fault tolerance, and scalability;
• Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS;
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration;
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code;
• Willingness to take ownership of production systems;
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
• Nice to have: infrastructure as code such as Terraform, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, observability tools such as metrics, logging, and tracing, practical experience using AI tools or agents in development workflows.
