задачи
Develop and iterate on bid estimation algorithms and margin-optimization models for the dynamic pricing engine;
Build predictive models to forecast carrier behavior and market capacity;
Maintain and improve recommender systems supporting operational teams;
Explore and validate machine learning applications for freight routing, network optimization, and other logistics challenges;
Partner with Product Managers to translate operational pain points into ML hypotheses and prototypes;
Evaluate and integrate LLMs, traditional ML models, and heuristics into engineering workflows and internal products;
Deploy models through the internal ML infrastructure in collaboration with the Data & AI Platform team;
Provide feedback and contributions to global engineering standards;
Own the full project lifecycle from R&D and prototyping through production release and monitoring.
требования
5+ Years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering;
Strong foundation in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and deep data exploration;
Working knowledge of machine learning approaches for regression and classification;
Experience deploying models to production environments;
Ability to write modular code and apply software engineering best practices;
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git;
Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake;
Experience using Jupyter Notebooks for data exploration;
Experience building interactive data apps or dashboards such as Streamlit and PowerBI;
Understanding of how to set up, evaluate, and use Large Language Models and related AI tools in production;
Ability to translate complex logistical problems into data-driven solutions;
Strong communication skills for collaboration with Product Managers, end-users, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Platform Engineers.
