Middle Ruby Engineer for scalable solutions

• Contribute to the development of scalable solutions with a focus on high-quality, production-ready code;
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including business logic and feature implementation;
• Collaborate with the team through demo sessions, Scrum ceremonies, and internal knowledge-sharing events;
• Support project estimation and planning to align development efforts with business goals;
• Conduct code reviews and write automated tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability;
• Work on continuous technology integration to keep the product and stack up to date;
• Optionally engage in mentoring, technical interviews, or knowledge sharing during internal or external developer meetups.

• At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience with Ruby;
• Solid understanding of databases such as Postgres and MongoDB;
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Vue.js, or React;
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks such as RSpec and Cucumber;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and experience communicating with English-speaking clients;
• Strong experience with AI tools for agentic development;
• A growth mindset and passion for staying up to date with Ruby and industry best practices;
• Nice to have: experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
