Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions for forecasting, anomaly detection, and document classification;
Design and implement data pipelines and cloud-based architectures for experimentation, model training, validation, and testing;
Integrate AI components into automation workflows, digital finance platforms, and microservice-based architectures;
Rapidly prototype AI models and contribute to MVP development within Agile teams;
Continuously evaluate and optimize AI performance for accuracy, scalability, and compliance with data privacy and security standards;
Collaborate with AI and data engineers to design reusable components and share best practices;
Mentor junior team members.
требования
University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or comparable qualifications gained through professional experience;
Proven experience developing and deploying AI-based automation solutions in applied business environments;
Expertise in Python, AWS, Snowflake, and AI frameworks for production-grade implementation;
Strong decision-making skills balancing enterprise architecture, budget, and resource constraints;
Experience leading engineering teams;
Solid understanding of Agile principles and modern software development practices;
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with state-of-the-art AI advancements;
Nice to have: Experience in the Finance domain.
