The company uses flexible embedded and proxy engineering models, integrating experienced engineers with client teams, tools, workflows, and delivery processes for long-term remote engagements.
задачи
Apply AI and machine learning engineering;
Develop generative AI and Large Language Model solutions;
Build RAG, vector search, embeddings, and knowledge systems;
Develop AI agents, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows;
Work with NLP, deep learning, and applied machine learning;
Perform data science and predictive modeling;
Implement MLOps, model serving, evaluation, and monitoring;
Use Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and LangGraph;
Collaborate with U.S.-based client engineering teams within their business hours;
Build international and U.S. market experience through client engagements;
Develop long-term professional relationships and collaborate on future client engagements.
требования
6+ Years of professional, hands-on engineering experience;
Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas: AI, ML, GenAI, Data Engineering, or Data Science;
Excellent English communication skills;
Comfortable collaborating within U.S. business hours;
Professional, dependable, responsive, and interested in long-term collaboration;
Nice to have: Previous experience working through a proxy/embedded engineering engagement model.
