- Transition novel research prototypes into production-grade simulation systems that deliver actionable insights to influential organizations;
- Post-train, fine-tune, and distil frontier language models for fast, efficient, and nuanced large-scale simulations;
- Design and own end-to-end data pipelines and inference infrastructure for reliably serving simulations of thousands of individuals at scale.
требования
- Have at least 2+ years of experience shipping machine learning models into production in a fast-paced startup environment;
- Take ownership of machine learning models from notebook to user;
- Have deep hands-on expertise in post-training language models, including RL, distillation, and reward design;
- Write high-quality, maintainable Python;
- Have strong intuition for statistics, probability, and reasoning within high-dimensional spaces.
