• Build and maintain web applications in modern PHP using Laravel, Symfony, or similar frameworks;
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations;
• Work with relational databases and ORMs;
• Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to architectural decisions;
• Diagnose and resolve production issues;
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering practices;
• Investigate systems and turn findings into shipped improvements;
• Ship quickly, measure results, and iterate.

• 3+ Years of experience building production PHP applications;
• Strong knowledge of Laravel or Symfony;
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL and ORM patterns;
• Familiarity with Composer, modern PHP standards including PSR, and unit testing;
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Linux environments;
• Comfort with frontend basics including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
• Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions;
• Ability to work asynchronously across time zones;
