• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, maintainable Python applications;
• Contribute to software architecture and technical design discussions;
• Write clean, well-tested, documented code following best practices;
• Participate in code reviews and promote high engineering standards;
• Integrate, test, debug, and maintain applications across multiple environments;
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to turn business requirements into technical solutions;
• Support feature estimation, prioritization, and technical improvements;
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues;
• Contribute to improvements in engineering processes, tooling, and development practices;
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 3+ Years of professional experience with Python development;
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns;
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or similar;
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases;
• Knowledge of REST APIs and software integration patterns;
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
• Understanding of software testing practices, including unit and integration testing;
• Fluent English.
