Req. VR-125030 • At Luxoft Poland it is possible to work remotely only from the territory of Poland.
The company delivers enterprise-scale technology projects for global clients, including mission-critical backend services in the investment banking domain. Its platforms support complex business workflows, regulatory processes, and system integrations across banking ecosystems.

Design and implement scalable, production-grade backend systems and microservices;
Develop clean, maintainable codebases;
Build and scale distributed services;
Implement communication and integration patterns;
Apply best practices for large-scale distributed systems;
Contribute technical direction and best practices;
Mentor team members.
требования
At least 8+ years of practical experience in Python development and delivering production systems;
Advanced Python proficiency, including scalable clean-code architecture and microservices;
Solid understanding of API integration patterns and inter-service communication;
Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms;
At least two backend or data-intensive solutions successfully delivered to production;
Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching layers, message queues, and containerization;
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, asynchronous programming, and API design;
Understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices and CI/CD pipelines;
Ability to evaluate trade-offs and select appropriate tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns;
Experience with proof-of-concept development and rapid iteration based on results;
Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code;
Strong debugging, profiling, and optimization skills for high-performance Python applications;
English at B2 Upper Intermediate level;
Nice to have: experience with observability and monitoring tooling, event-driven architectures, streaming architectures.
