python developer in IT consultancy

ALGOTEQUE is an IT consultancy firm that helps startups, mid-sized companies, and large corporations create and deliver innovative technologies. It designs, develops, implements, and integrates software solutions across AI, ML, BI, web, and automation for multiple industries.

• Develop and maintain backend systems;
• Write efficient, readable, well-documented, and maintainable code;
• Analyze SQL query performance using EXPLAIN, indexing, and data normalization;
• Work with Linux environments and write Bash scripts.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Python Developer;
• Very good knowledge of Python;
• Experience with Django, FastAPI, and/or Flask;
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Celery, and Kombu;
• Very good knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL;
• Ability to write efficient SQL queries and analyze their performance;
• Experience with Linux environments, including Bash scripting;
• Practical knowledge of Docker;
• Knowledge of CI/CD mechanisms;
• Proficiency with Git;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Communication skills and openness to teamwork;
• Nice to have: experience building front-end layers with React, knowledge of TypeScript, experience with distributed systems, knowledge of system monitoring and reporting, experience working with large datasets and large-scale processing, aggregation, and performance optimization.

• 12 000 – 18 000 Zł brutto /mc;
• Employment contract;
• Hybrid work with 2 office days per week, Mondays and Fridays;
• The first month is entirely office-based.
