The team develops high-performance trading systems and cloud infrastructure supporting critical front, middle, and back office operations for the asset management business of a global Japanese bank.

Design, develop, and enhance high-performance trading systems and cloud infrastructure;
Translate complex requirements into scalable, resilient technology;
Lead projects from design through deployment;
Build secure, highly available systems handling large volumes of market and trading data;
Apply engineering best practices, automation, DevOps, and cloud architecture;
Continuously improve the team's technical capabilities;
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business;
Perform occasional front-end development;
Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle;

требования
Advanced backend Python development skills;
Strong knowledge of AWS, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerisation;
Experience owning the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle;
Experience working in Front Office trading environments;
Pragmatic approach and strong communication skills.
