ZF empowers businesses with data. Its UI/Visualization team develops high-impact solutions through agile Squads in collaboration with Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Engineers.

• Design and build scalable web applications using Python Dash or Shiny for Python (PyShiny), ensuring instant loading and complex state management for concurrent users;
• Create robust interfaces between the UI and backend Python execution engines while maintaining UI responsiveness;
• Implement User Authentication (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), user configuration persistence, and audit trails/history;
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces and ensure a strong User Experience;
• Optimize application performance through caching and asynchronous callbacks;
• Use Generative AI tools such as Copilot and Gemini to generate boilerplate code, write unit tests, and refactor logic;
• Experiment with new libraries and AI-assisted UI generation;
• Operate as the primary web developer within cross-functional squads and define frontend architecture for new products.

• Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as IT, engineering, or business management;
• Have a few years of experience in Web Application Development with a strong focus on the Python ecosystem;
• Have deep expertise in building production-ready applications with Dash or PyShiny;
• Know how to handle global state, Redis caching, and asynchronous tasks using Celery or background workers;
• Have proven experience implementing Authentication/Authorization with OAuth and managing user permissions through RBAC in a corporate environment;
• Have experience designing applications that write back to SQL databases and maintain audit logs;
• Focus on business value, speed to market, and user adoption;
• Be comfortable and excited about using AI tools to code faster and smarter;
• Have excellent fluency in English, written and verbal;
• Be able to explain technical UI limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
