• Design and build Go-based ingestion services for high-concurrency document uploads using Goroutines and Channels for stream-based processing;
• Architect connectors and webhooks to ingest documents from APIs, storefronts, SFTP, and email servers;
• Route ingested documents to downstream OCR and AI engines;
• Own the "Order & Cart Construction" and downstream integration layers;
• Ensure reliable transactional delivery of massive batched orders to ERPs and e-commerce platforms;
• Lead a team of Go engineers and enforce high-quality coding standards;
• Conduct deep design and code reviews;
• Manage CI/CD pipelines.

• 5+ Years of backend development experience with Go Core and Go Language;
• Familiarity with Google Agent Development Kit;
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes;
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams;
• Experience designing high-concurrency, stream-based processing systems;
• English proficiency at B2+ level;
• Nice to have: knowledge of B2B Commerce and E-commerce, familiarity with Specification Driven Development (SDD).
