Build and develop React components in TypeScript;
Work on a large shared component library and Design System;
Solve problems in components, styling, theming, and build tooling;
Ensure performance, web accessibility according to WCAG, and test coverage;
Collaborate with Design and Platform teams;
Use AI coding agents as part of daily development;
Create custom AI agent skills for UI work;
Experiment with improving AI work on large and complex codebases;
Help develop how AI agents work, including prompts, skills, guardrails, and workflows for large codebases.

Very strong knowledge of React and TypeScript;
Experience with component libraries, Design Systems, or large UI applications;
Understanding of modern CSS and styling approaches;
Knowledge of web accessibility and WCAG principles;
Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar agentic coding tools;
Ability to effectively guide an AI agent through a large, convention-based codebase;
Interest in how software development is changing with the growth of AI.
