Fresha provides a platform for the global beauty and wellness industry, supporting bookings, payments, professionals, businesses, and clients worldwide.

• Own and evolve the core booking and scheduling engine to ensure scalability and seamless experiences;
• Design, build, and ship user-facing features in React and TypeScript;
• Own features end-to-end from discovery and technical design through implementation, testing, rollout, and observability;
• Extend the Design System to deliver polished and consistent user interfaces;
• Write automated tests and keep the CI/CD pipeline green;
• Partner with Product, Design, Backend, Infrastructure, and Mobile engineers from discovery through rollout;
• Use AI agents and LLM-powered coding tools to accelerate feature delivery;
• Explore backend, DevOps, or mobile areas with team support.

• Deep experience building and interacting with AI agents and integrating them into engineering workflows;
• Accountability for ensuring AI-generated code meets Senior Engineer quality, architecture, and security standards;
• Deep expertise in modern React and TypeScript;
• Track record of shipping large-scale, consumer-facing web applications;
• Solid understanding of GraphQL, including Apollo or urql, and REST fundamentals;
• Experience working with design systems;
• Fluency in web performance, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design best practices;
• Testing mindset and familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript testing frameworks.
