Ruby on Rails Developer – Senior in iGaming

• Work in a fully agile environment with senior engineers and product managers;
• Participate in designing fault-tolerant, highly available and optimized solutions;
• Monitor and optimize services in production for excellence;
• Research and develop new technologies and tools;
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure and business teams;
• Design and improve scalable Ruby services for high-load, data-intensive systems;
• Own solutions from implementation to production;
• Troubleshoot complex issues;
• Optimize application and database performance;
• Contribute to technical decisions and engineering practices.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development;
• Solid Ruby programming skills;
• Hands-on experience developing data-intensive applications and tuning performance;
• Experience developing complex solutions from scratch;
• Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of relational databases;
• Ability and curiosity to investigate complex data issues, analyze large datasets, and perform root-cause analysis;
• Deep knowledge of data structures, OOP, and algorithms;
• Good communication skills;
• Nice to have: familiarity with ClickHouse, AI-powered developer tools and their integration into daily development workflows, Kafka, space- and time-efficient algorithms, Golang or Scala, SRE practices, cloud-native technologies such as k8s, Helm, and Prometheus.
