Sii Poland provides IT services and IT consulting. The team focuses on memory safety migrations by porting widely used legacy C/C++ open-source libraries to memory-safe Rust equivalents.

• Migrate legacy C/C++ libraries to memory-safe Rust alternatives;
• Build and maintain secure C++ shims and Rust FFI wrappers;
• Drive large-scale refactoring and dependency updates across numerous targets;
• Perform differential testing, validation, and large-scale integration testing;
• Evaluate performance and security trade-offs and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders;
• Manage cross-team dependencies and review bottlenecks;
• Structure migrations into small, reviewable stacks to streamline approvals and reduce failures.

• Have a minimum of 5 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Rust and C++;
• Have deep expertise in unsafe code, FFI boundaries, and memory-safe migrations;
• Understand memory safety, pointer stability, and cross-language interoperability;
• Have experience with Bazel/Blaze and dependency management;
• Have strong debugging skills across memory, testing, and platform-specific build issues;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and justify security-driven changes;
• Have advanced English;
• Nice to have: Experience with Crubit and C++/Rust interoperability tooling, background in vulnerability research or secure software development, familiarity with AI-assisted C/C++ to Rust migration tools such as RustShift and Crigator, open-source Rust contributions, experience managing third-party Rust dependencies.
