Monitor cloud infrastructure, system health, performance, security, and availability;
Provide L1 operational support by responding to alerts and resolving standard infrastructure incidents;
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required;
Perform routine operational tasks, health checks, and maintenance activities;
Assist with deployments, patching, and basic system administration;
Follow operational procedures, incident management, and security best practices;
Maintain operational documentation and runbooks;
Continuously learn and contribute to cloud, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
требования
0–2 Years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, Infrastructure, or Cloud, or relevant technical education;
Basic understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud concepts;
Analytical thinking and willingness to learn;
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
Endless curiosity;
Fluent English.
