An on-site coding interview is required at the Berlin office
Integral is building a platform that redefines accounting, taxation, and payroll for SMEs in Europe, starting with Germany. The company is backed by General Catalyst, Cherry Ventures, Puzzle Ventures, and entrepreneurs across Europe.

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure focused on reliability, scalability, and security;
Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, from design to rollout and continuous improvement;
Drive infrastructure-as-code practices across the engineering team;
Collaborate with product and AI engineers to enable fast, safe, and frequent deployments;
Monitor system performance, lead incident response, and run post-mortems;
Instrument infrastructure with observability tooling for logs, metrics, and traces, and act on findings;
Ensure security and compliance standards across all environments;
Balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural investments;
Reduce complexity for developers and keep systems easy to reason about;
Own infrastructure outcomes and influence how the platform is built and scaled;
Make decisions that improve the reliability and performance of a platform used by thousands of SMEs across Europe.
требования
5+ Years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles, ideally at a startup or high-growth company;
Proven track record of owning infrastructure end-to-end and driving measurable impact;
Ability to work with ambiguity, take initiative, manage time independently, and improve systems and teams;
Ability to simplify complexity, make reversible decisions, and build plans others can follow;
Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude and auditing AI-generated code;
Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP;
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
Experience with GitHub Actions, CircleCI, ArgoCD, or similar CI/CD tools;
Experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tools;
Familiarity with logs, metrics, traces, SLOs, and incident response;
Knowledge of authN/authZ, secrets management, threat modelling, and secure coding practices;
Nice to have: experience in fast-scaling environments, German language skills, familiarity with Python.
