Andersen Global provides data-driven advisory and consulting services that help organizations address complex business challenges, manage risks, and improve operational efficiency. The project develops cloud infrastructure and tooling for advanced insurance pricing solutions.
задачи
Help design and implement a highly available, scalable, secure, and resilient platform with the DevOps Lead and Engineering Team;
Promote best practices for SDLC;
Debug tooling and infrastructure issues and performance bottlenecks as third-line support;
Dispatch product-related issues to the relevant teams;
Optimize Azure-based test environments with QA Leads for high-volume, fast, and cost-efficient test execution;
Monitor industry research and emerging technologies and promote or showcase them internally;
Apply operational excellence through monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and self-healing;
Design, implement, and document test environments and frameworks;
Assist in designing and implementing automated tests;
Participate in relevant Scrum meetings, including sprint demos and retrospectives;
Ensure compliance with wider governance policies and standards.
требования
2–4 Years of experience with Azure DevOps, including administering CI/CD systems, creating and maintaining YAML pipelines, building configurations, and release processes;
Experience using Azure Boards for work management;
Experience with Git and GitHub repositories;
Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, preferably OpenTofu;
Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python;
Software engineering background with C# or another programming language, such as Python;
Understanding of software delivery practices;
Experience with containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes, preferably AKS;
Experience using Helm for package management and deployments;
Strong knowledge of Azure cloud, especially App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Storage;
Experience with observability and monitoring tools, such as Azure Application Insights, Log Analytics, Prometheus/Grafana, or Datadog;
Experience taking solutions from Proof of Concept to Production following engineering best practices;
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design simple and reliable solutions;
High attention to detail and commitment to quality;
Ability to work independently and take ownership;
Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams;
Upper-Intermediate English or above;
Nice to have: experience with Chef, Puppet, or Ansible; knowledge of AWS; knowledge of Pulumi; understanding of Linux operating systems such as Ubuntu/RHEL; familiarity with networking fundamentals, protocols, and common services; awareness of security best practices, secure coding, and cloud security tooling; experience with Docker and broader orchestration platforms; experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, Angular, or React; unit testing and mocking frameworks; experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams; experience in MLOps; experience with AI-assisted tooling in the software development lifecycle; general knowledge of the insurance industry; a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
