• Manage the central configuration of the platform and ensure smooth day-to-day operation;
• Handle upgrades and maintenance activities to keep the platform running reliably;
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by users;
• Troubleshoot scan execution in CI/CD pipelines;
• Act on operational incidents, including recovery efforts;
• Communicate with Checkmarx vendors regarding issues, feature requests, and timelines;
• Participate in regular vendor meetings and escalate critical issues when needed;
• Contribute to the SAP Piper pipeline solution through bug fixes and new feature development;
• Configure and troubleshoot scan integrations;
• Suggest improvements related to monitoring, tooling, and features;
• Evaluate new product capabilities and coordinate adoption plans;
• Validate vendor fixes and patches before production deployment, providing feedback that influences product roadmap discussions.

• 5+ Years of experience administering and operating application security platforms such as Checkmarx;
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, including scan execution and integration troubleshooting;
• Experience with the SAP Piper pipeline solution, including bug fixes and feature development;
• Skills in vendor management, including issue escalation and coordination on feature requests and timelines;
• Background in operational incident handling and recovery processes;
• Understanding of platform administration, including configuration management, upgrades, and maintenance;
• Ability to evaluate new product capabilities and coordinate their adoption.
