devops engineer in cloud operations

Intellias provides technology services and cloud operations solutions. Its Regional Cloud Operations team in EMEA manages multiple production environments with different levels of complexity, legacy dependencies, and modern infrastructure setups.

• Monitor production environments day to day;
• Provide L2-3 support, including customer onboarding, offboarding, and troubleshooting;
• Develop and implement complete solutions;
• Participate in functional requirements analysis, including communication with customer representatives;
• Solve complex tasks in a simple way using the available technology;
• Drive continuous improvements in platform tooling and processes;
• Implement best practices and introduce innovations;
• Enforce non-functional requirements;
• Perform production migrations;
• Upgrade key components such as VPN solutions and AD controllers;
• Optimize performance and modernize environments and components;
• Support development and interact from an infrastructure perspective;
• Contribute to long-term initiatives and feature improvements across environments;
• Apply standards and theory in practice;
• Identify improvements and implementations based on deliverables.

• 4+ Years of experience in relevant IT roles, including cloud operations, cloud engineering, infrastructure operations, L2-3 support, or Sys/Dev/TechOps;
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Python, and CI/CD toolsets;
• Strong AWS knowledge and understanding of its main services;
• Experience supporting AWS-based cloud platforms;
• Experience with Windows Server administration, including AD and MS Remote Desktop Services;
• Experience in L3 support;
• Experience in production monitoring;
• Strong troubleshooting skills;
• Proficiency in network administration;
• Understanding of AWS or other public cloud security best practices;
• Scripting experience, preferably with Python3, Shell, or PowerShell;
• MSSQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL administration experience;
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools;
• Experience with DevOps ways of working, including Agile methodologies;
• Strong motivation to continuously learn and improve skills;
• Communicative and collaborative team player;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: AWS certification, Ansible, DataDog, Linux.
