BlueCrest Capital Management operates a global Technology Infrastructure team that delivers and modernizes hybrid technology platforms for a demanding trading organization, spanning on-premise infrastructure, multiple data centres, Azure, and AWS.

Deliver and operate DevOps environments end to end;
Support live systems critical to hedge fund operations;
Modernize global infrastructure across on-premise and multi-cloud environments;
Automate and standardize platforms to improve consistency, scalability, and reliability;
Suggest and implement solutions that enhance technology performance;
Balance rapid delivery with business risk, constraints, and service-level requirements;
Meet broad and specific project and BAU objectives independently and collaboratively;
Continuously improve team capability by learning from others and sharing knowledge.
требования
Very strong Azure and AWS skills;
Very strong automation skills;
Experience with pull requests and peer reviews;
Experience with Ansible, Terragrunt, and Terraform;
Python experience;
Very good understanding of containerisation technologies;
Very good understanding of AI-related infrastructure and DevOps processes;
Extensive experience working independently and as part of a diverse team;
Excellent organisational skills, open communication, and a collaborative approach;
Nice to have: Kubernetes, test automation, Linux/Windows administration, automation and networking, CI/CD and build tooling, observability and telemetry, public cloud platform engineering, data streaming and caching technologies, Java and/or C#, chaos engineering and resilience testing.
