• Deploy and monitor infrastructure and applications in public cloud and self-hosted environments;
• Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, including accounts, projects, IAM, and networking;
• Use Kubernetes for infrastructure orchestration;
• Implement and maintain microservices architecture;
• Manage advanced load-balancing solutions for optimal traffic and resource distribution;
• Monitor IT services with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Azure Monitor;
• Manage and troubleshoot basic network infrastructure, including subnetting, LANs, and routing;
• Use advanced Git techniques to maintain and track configurations and codebases;
• Manage HTTP/2 balancers serving gRPC traffic under high load;
• Set up and manage NATS and Kafka queues;
• Assist MLOps with deploying infrastructure for machine learning development, including MLFlow and Flyte.

• At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role;
• Profound knowledge of IT infrastructure;
• Extensive experience managing Linux environments;
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider, preferably Azure;
• Proficiency with IT service monitoring software;
• Experience implementing microservices architectures;
• Willingness to follow GitOps, IaC, and CI/CD principles;
• Extensive experience setting up and managing container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes on bare metal;
• Proven experience working with autoscalers such as Karpenter;
• Strong experience with Terraform, including creating DRY templates and components;
• Willingness to learn and work with AI tools and modern technologies;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API-driven development;
• Nice to have: RHCA/RHCE, CKAD, or Terraform certifications.
