devops engineer in insurance and mortgages

The company is a financial services provider focused on insurance and mortgages and is part of a larger group. Its infrastructure/platform team consolidates hosting environments and develops cloud-based services.

• Manage and further develop existing cloud environments;
• Set up a new Kubernetes cluster with a European hosting partner;
• Consolidate multiple hosting clusters into one landscape;
• Containerize applications and manage workloads in Kubernetes;
• Build infrastructure as code with Terraform;
• Set up monitoring, logging, security, and backups;
• Collaborate with software engineers on CI/CD and deployments;
• Use AI to review infrastructure code and accelerate migrations.

• Extensive experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably with a SaaS provider;
• Strong Kubernetes and containerization experience;
• Solid experience with Terraform and public cloud across multiple environments;
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools;
• Affinity with AI and active use of it in work;
• Proactive, independent, and clear in communication;
• Fluent Dutch.

• €5.000 - €7.000 Bruto per maand (40 uur), excluding 8% holiday allowance;
