devops engineer in Microsoft MSP

• Act as the dedicated technical contact for 2–3 customers;
• Conduct operational meetings, coordinate roadmaps with customer architects, and align independently with service managers;
• Identify automation opportunities in customer environments and turn them into solutions using AI agents and AI coding;
• Implement developed tooling and automation during approximately four-week implementation sprints;
• Handle tickets, changes, and problems within SLA;
• Contribute to solutions for critical, non-standard incidents and clearly communicate status and resolution to customers.

• 5–10 Years of demonstrable experience, with a significant part as an Engineer in a Microsoft MSP environment;
• Primary expertise in either Azure or Modern Workplace;
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills;
• Critical automation mindset and preference for scripts over manual work;
• Strong communication skills and confidence in customer-facing work;
• Ability to work independently with customer architects and service managers;
• Nice to have: All-round expertise, knowledge of Python and/or C#.
