• Operate and scale high-load distributed IT systems;
• Configure Kubernetes network fabrics and Service Mesh;
• Deploy, optimize, and scale open-source observability components;
• Configure Apache Kafka clusters, tune partitions, manage quotas, and ensure fault tolerance;
• Administer, horizontally scale, and back up relational, analytical, and time-series databases;
• Build infrastructure as code with Terraform or OpenTofu and Ansible;
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and ArgoCD;
• Automate routine tasks with Bash/Shell, Python, or Go.

• 4–5+ Years of experience operating high-load distributed IT systems;
• Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes;
• Practical experience configuring network fabrics and Service Mesh, such as Istio or Linkerd;
• Experience with Vector, Debezium, or OpenTelemetry Collector;
• Experience configuring and scaling Apache Kafka clusters;
• Experience administering VictoriaMetrics, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch;
• Confident with Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible;
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and ArgoCD;
• Confident Bash/Shell skills;
• Good Python or Go automation skills.
