задачи
- Build and deploy self-service tools and resilient systems that allow engineering teams to deploy, scale, and monitor services with minimal friction;
- Apply SRE principles such as automation, error budgets, and toil reduction to ensure platform reliability;
- Conduct blameless post-mortems and use SLIs/SLOs to measure and improve system health;
- Implement comprehensive logging, tracing, and metrics utilizing Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog;
- Act as a technical lead, guiding junior engineers and evangelizing best practices for cloud-native development across the organization.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles;
- Deep proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure;
- Strong coding skills in Go, Python, or Rust for building platform tooling;
- Mastery of Docker and Kubernetes ecosystem including Helm and Istio;
- Product-first approach to infrastructure, caring as much about the developer experience as about uptime.
