Lead the technical contour of AI initiatives from solution selection to production delivery;
Build and maintain AI services, agents, RAG, and LLM solutions, APIs, code review, reliability, security, observability, and NFRs.

4-5+ Years of Python/backend experience or leadership in an AI/ML stream;
Experience with production LLM/ML, APIs, Git, and CI/CD;
Experience with RAG and agentic scenarios;
Big Data requirements including DWH, layers, and data marts, Spark, ETL/ELT and incremental loads, Airflow including DAGs, sensors, and retries, batch and streaming, as well as data quality, freshness, and SLAs;
Nice to have: evaluation frameworks, OpenSearch/pgvector, Kafka/event-driven architecture, B2B CRM/telecom experience.
