The platform team advances platform capabilities and refines operational practices by transitioning from traditional operational models to a more automated environment that enhances developer capabilities.
задачи
Manage operations using Red Hat OpenShift;
Implement GitOps, CI/CD, and platform automation solutions;
Collaborate with development teams to refine platform requirements and enhancements;
Ensure high operational reliability and predictable operations;
Provide knowledge sharing and act as a technical consultant within the team.
требования
2–3 Years of experience in platform engineering with Red Hat OpenShift;
Strong understanding of GitOps and CI/CD practices;
Understanding of automation;
Excellent problem-solving abilities;
Strong communication skills in English;
Ability to work during operational hours and after hours as needed;
Nice to have: Experience in developer enablement, familiarity with other cloud platforms, e.g. Microsoft Azure.

Hybrid model with 3 days per week in office;
On-call duties;
