Define and evolve infrastructure architecture for multi-region deployments;
Design systems for resilience, scalability and operational simplicity;
Apply AI-assisted approaches to reduce operational toil, improve reliability and support platform decision-making;
Extend monitoring and observability across services;
Make operational data easy to access, understand and act on;
Build tooling for safe deployments, fast rollbacks and reduced operational toil;
Experiment with AI-assisted detection, triage and automation;
Scope, lead and deliver platform initiatives autonomously;
Drive cross-team projects with clear outcomes and accountability;
Improve documentation, runbooks and internal knowledge sharing;
Help teams learn, align and operate more effectively together.
требования
5+ Years of experience building, operating and troubleshooting production-grade systems, with a focus on reliability, observability and scalability;
Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM-based tools in a platform or operational context;
Strong programming and automation skills in Python, Go or Bash;
Experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code;
Experience with AWS, including EKS, RDS, S3 and CloudFront, or equivalent GCP or Azure platforms;
Solid Linux and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing and VPNs;
Practical experience designing or improving observability with metrics, logs and traces;
Experience with tools such as Datadog, Grafana, ELK, Sentry and OpsGenie;
Ability to take ownership of complex technical problems, use data to form clear opinions and drive solutions through implementation and collaboration;
Ability to work effectively across teams, communicate technical concepts clearly and apply systems thinking;
Experience with Claude code.

Internship employment type;
Employees work from the London office 4 days per week, with the option to work from home on Wednesday;
Interview process includes a talent screening call, two technical interviews and a final interview with the CTO;
The company aims to complete the interview process and provide feedback within 4 weeks.
