Build and improve platform capabilities that enable engineering teams to develop, deploy, and operate applications at scale;
Build a self-service developer platform focused on developer experience;
Design and maintain platforms that abstract complexity and provide tools to deploy, monitor, and optimise applications;
Orchestrate cloud-native infrastructure and manage Kubernetes clusters and other cloud resources;
Improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency through FinOps practices;
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and reusable templates;
Apply fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and scaling practices;
Improve platform operations usage and enhance the observability stack;
Monitor platform health and resolve incidents proactively;
Partner with product teams to understand their needs and build simple, impactful solutions;
Champion cloud-native best practices across Catawiki.
требования
At least 5 years of production experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure;
Experience automating workflows and CI/CD pipelines;
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible;
Hands-on experience using and maintaining Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry;
Strong ownership of platform issues, scalability, and resilience;
Ability to work effectively with developers and cross-functional teams;
Continuous learning in cloud-native tools, technologies, and practices;
Nice to have: measuring meaningful outcomes, gradual change management, failure-oriented learning, tooling and automation to reduce toil, knowledge sharing.
