platform engineer in cloud-native infrastructure

The company works with clients to build and develop secure, production-grade cloud-native infrastructure.

• Design, build and maintain Kubernetes-native applications and tooling;
• Develop production-ready software and services using Go (Golang);
• Build and maintain custom Kubernetes Operators and controllers;
• Work with the Kubernetes resource model, APIs, CRDs and reconciliation patterns;
• Automate deployment and infrastructure processes using Helm and Infrastructure-as-Code;
• Integrate solutions into CI/CD pipelines;
• Apply Kubernetes and cloud-native engineering best practices throughout development;
• Take ownership of technical problems from design through to production;
• Work independently and deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.

• Deep Kubernetes knowledge, including extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes architecture, administration and its underlying resource model;
• Strong professional experience writing clean, maintainable and production-ready Golang code;
• Strong understanding of cloud-native software engineering;
• Experience with Helm;
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code;
• Ability to work independently, manage personal workload and take ownership of delivery;
• Nice to have: experience building custom Kubernetes Operators, Operator SDK, Kubebuilder or custom Kubernetes controllers, designing and working with Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs), Kubernetes security and secure cloud-native development practices, operating Kubernetes environments in production.
