Design and build technology used by clients and healthcare professionals;
Ship real-world products in a fast-moving environment;
Build frontend and backend applications;
Build and manage infrastructure within AWS;
Develop LLM and Generative AI-powered features for production;
Use modern AI development and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar;
Translate business or user problems into simple, effective technical solutions;
Make technical decisions autonomously.
требования
Strong experience shipping real-world products within a startup or scale-up environment, ideally at Series A/B stage;
Strong TypeScript and React / Next.js experience;
Experience building backend applications using Node.js and/or Python;
Good knowledge of PostgreSQL in production environments;
Hands-on experience building and managing infrastructure within AWS;
Experience across both frontend and backend development;
Exposure to mobile application development;
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data architecture, and modern cloud environments;
Experience shipping genuine LLM / Generative AI-powered features into production;
Hands-on use of modern AI development and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar;
Strong product mindset;
Comfortable operating with autonomy and making technical decisions without relying on a large engineering team;
