• Define and implement security controls across AI and enterprise platforms;
• Own RBAC, API security, and identity management across the application portfolio;
• Implement secrets management and network segmentation;
• Establish data privacy, audit logging, and security monitoring practices;
• Evaluate current applications and processes for data breach risk and security gaps;
• Bridge security requirements and the existing technical stack while working closely with the internal technical team;
• Ensure compliance requirements are met and properly documented.

• Strong background in cybersecurity and security architecture;
• Experience with compliance frameworks and network and security specialisms;
• Penetration testing experience;
• Ability to work at pace on a short, focused engagement;
• Ability to work effectively alongside an existing technical team and quickly understand established codebases and stacks;
• Nice to have: experience with air-gapped environments and Zero Trust architecture, industrial cybersecurity and risk assessment experience.

• Freelance/contract engagement for 3 months, with chances to extend;
• Short, focused engagement within an internal portfolio of applications for a large industrial technology company.
