• Develop and improve the internal corporate security framework;
• Conduct pre-hire checks, security interviews, and post-hire employee monitoring;
• Perform internal investigations and develop preventive measures;
• Conduct due diligence on contractors and partners and perform OSINT research;
• Support the finance department in investigating suspicious transactions;
• Monitor competitors, analyze risks, and prepare analytical materials;
• Oversee physical security, including offices, access control, CCTV, and visitor policies;
• Coordinate with security and technical solution contractors;
• Implement and maintain DLP, UEBA, and EDR systems;
• Analyze incidents and potential data leaks;
• Prepare reports and recommendations for management.

• Higher education in law, security, economics, IT, or a related field;
• 5–8+ Years of experience in corporate security, antifraud, or investigations;
• Skills in OSINT, pre-hire checks, and collaboration with HR and Legal;
• Understanding of KYC/AML, payments fraud, and chargeback processes;
• Experience with DLP, UEBA, EDR, Excel, and BI systems;
• English B2+;
• Strong discipline, analytical thinking, and result orientation;
• Nice to have: experience in iGaming, FinTech, or Payments, experience with regulators and antifraud tools.
