• Provide daily technical support across hardware, software, and networks, documenting tickets and resolutions;
• Set up and maintain workstations, peripherals, and office IT equipment, including imaging, patching, and backups;
• Manage user accounts and access throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding;
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and oversee allocation, lifecycle management, compliance, and vendor coordination;
• Troubleshoot and support network and system services, including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, printers, and basic servers, with clear escalation paths;
• Implement and improve IT systems and tools, maintain documentation, and train end-users;
• Run security and compliance checks, including audits, policy enforcement, updates, and incident response.

• 3+ Years in a similar System Administrator role or equivalent experience;
• 1–3 Years’ experience in IT support or system administration;
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments and common productivity suites;
• Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and basic server management;
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and hardware;
• Proficiency in Linux administration, including installation, maintenance, and CLI usage;
• Solid understanding of HTTP, DNS, SMTP, IMAP, DHCP, and ICMP;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-first approach;
• Excellent communication and documentation skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team on complex projects;
• English communication skills are required;
• Nice to have: SaaS management and license governance, Jira Datacenter administration including JSM, Jira Software, and Jira Asset Management, Google Workspace Enterprise administration, MDM solutions for laptops and mobile devices, scripting and automation with Bash, Perl, or Python, SIL scripting for Jira, Windows Server experience, Greek, Russian.
