EXANTE provides financial services and operates a finance function supporting accounting, tax, payroll, reporting, and audit activities.

• Maintain accounting records in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness;
• Reconcile data between IT systems and investigate and resolve discrepancies;
• Maintain summary tables and supporting calculations for accounting records;
• Process payroll in compliance with tax and labour regulations;
• Review VAT returns prepared by the outsourced firm;
• Collect and properly archive supporting documentation according to retention requirements;
• Close accounts on time and prepare or review financial statements;
• Support the annual audit process, including preparing audit deliverables;
• Participate in automation and other required projects;
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or economics;
• Good knowledge of IFRS;
• ACCA or equivalent qualification;
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting positions;
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, financial management, and EU taxation;
• Experience working with external auditors;
• Fluent English;
• Good IT skills, including Google products and Excel.
