Quanta is a fast-growing enterprise AI technology business.

• Own the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, efficient processes, and timely month-end close;
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to support business decision-making;
• Manage cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital;
• Build scalable financial processes, systems, and controls;
• Develop operational and financial KPIs;
• Work closely with leadership to shape commercial strategy, evaluate investment opportunities, and support sustainable growth;
• Support governance through financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and management of external partners;
• Build and lead a high-performing finance function while improving operational excellence across the business;
• Support international growth and enable business performance and scale as a commercial partner.

• Recognised accounting qualification: ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA;
• Significant finance leadership experience;
• Experience building and leading finance functions within a high-growth technology business;
• Strong operational finance experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering;
• Experience implementing finance systems, improving processes, and building scalable operating models;
• Commercial mindset and ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve business performance;
• Experience operating effectively within start-up or scale-up businesses;
• Proactive hands-on leadership mindset, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to stay close to operational detail;
• Fluent Norwegian and English language skills.

• Compensation: €80k to €90k + Equity;
