Its Worldwide Delivery Service Partner Finance team supports the EU Last Mile Delivery Service Program and develops products that improve the experience and productivity of delivery service partners and drivers globally.

Oversee financial reporting for the assigned business area;
Understand input drivers and validate reporting integrity to influence strategic decision-making and planning;
Use data to identify innovative ideas and advise business leaders globally;
Identify, resolve, or guide the resolution of complex data integrity issues;
Improve controls to address financial risk and support frugality;
Educate business partners on financial and non-financial trade-offs;
Make judgment calls in ambiguous environments where data may be scarce or difficult to procure;
Communicate data clearly, concisely, and unambiguously in written and verbal formats;
Adjust communication style for different audiences and explain complex finance issues clearly;
Identify and sponsor Finance-wide professional development and engagement initiatives, including inclusion and diversity initiatives.
требования
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field such as engineering, mathematics, or computer science;
Experience in a finance role partnering with varied business stakeholders;
Experience with Excel and large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as Python, SQL, or Tableau;
Experience in financial modeling;
Nice to have: Advanced or master’s degree in finance, economics, or mathematics; CA, CMA, CWA, or MBA; experience in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment; experience in large teams or a national or multinational organization; experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
