The Hoxton operates four hotels in London and focuses on providing guests with a memorable hospitality experience.

• Help ensure the hotels run efficiently without compromising the guest experience;
• Manage site revenue and variances, the sales ledger, and expected payments;
• Improve financial processes and ways of working;
• Help prepare monthly reporting, including P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow;
• Partner with hotel teams as a trusted commercial and financial advisor;
• Provide input into tax filings and payments to government agencies, including VAT returns, P11D, and PAYE;
• Participate in external audits.

• Have 2–3 years of hotel finance experience;
• Have a strong understanding of compliance, best-practice hotel operations, and standard systems such as PMS and reservations systems;
• Balance a methodical, process-driven approach with flexibility and creativity;
• Have a passion for hospitality;

• Be collaborative, pragmatic, and willing to support the team.
