finance manager in media and entertainment

Iyuno operates in technology, information and media, entertainment, and broadcast media production and distribution.

• Oversee reporting for entities located in the EU;
• Cooperate closely with finance analysts and finance controllers;
• Oversee accounting processes for controlled entities and cooperate with the external accounting provider covering transactions;
• Act as a business partner to country managers by supporting and challenging operations;
• Manage group reporting requirements and communication with the corporate team located in Los Angeles, US;
• Prepare monthly management accounts and support local country managers;
• Complete annual budgets and forecasts with full understanding;
• Support finance restructuring and transformation processes;
• Cooperate with and oversee accounting processes alongside the accounting team responsible for accounting functions;
• Coordinate the month-end close process;
• Support statutory reporting and audits;
• Cooperate with external tax advisors on local tax filings, including VAT and CIT;
• Report to the Finance Director.

• At least 5 years of experience in a finance reporting function or BIG4 financial audit experience, including people management;
• Solid accounting experience and background;
• Experience managing a small team;
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel, including file consolidation, Pivot Tables, Excel formulas, and Copilot;
• Understanding of VAT reporting requirements;
• Experience with accounting system roll-outs and UATs from the finance systems side;
• Fluent English;
• University degree, preferably in Accountancy or Finance;
• Experience with finance and business process changes;
• Ability to define rules and processes and transfer them into formal procedures;
• Analytical skills;
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to strict deadlines;
• Nice to have: ACCA, CIMA or Statutory auditor qualification, experience with Business Central ERP systems, experience in the B2B services sector.
